Working with Goku was a game-changer for me. I had always been interested in bodyweight exercises and the strength and flexbility they could provide, but I wasn't quite sure how to incorporate them into my routine effectively.
Goku was extremely knoweldgeable and passionate about calisthenics, and they had a clear and structured approach to teaching and coaching. He took the time to understand my fitness goals and then developed a personalized program that was challenging but achievable.
What I loved most about his coaching style was his attention to detail and emphasis on proper form and technique. He was patient and supportive, providing me with feedback and corrections to ensure that I was performing each exercise correctly and getting the most out of each movement.
Thanks to his coaching and guidance, I have made significant progress in my calisthenics journey and I am more confident and capable than ever before. I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in improving their strength, mobility, and overall fitness with calisthenics
